About Lynette Esposito

Following an extensive career in Hospitality for the past 30 years, I am eventually fulfilling my ambition to own/manage my own hotel. We purchased The Elm Tree in 2017 and from that date I have had the pleasure of establishing the hotel as the #1 in its class in Llandudno. My greatest satisfaction has been achieving success with an outstanding and committed team, delivering top class standards to amazing guests. My experience in Hospitality has been primarily in the area of Revenue Management and strategic Sales and Marketing management. I have had international experience across major hotel chain brands such as Holiday Inn, Intercontinental and Pestana Hotels and Resorts. I have managed teams, created and implemented strategic plans and projects and been responsible for a number of grass route new hotel projects in South Africa, London, Berlin, Barcelona and Portugal.
