A little about me. I’ve been married to my husband, Jared, for 18 years. We have 3 kids together and share a passion for outdoors, fitness, health and music. My mission in life is to help others heal, feel empowered and love who they are. Counter-balance is very important to our family; allowing ourselves to pursue passions and interests while remembering our core values and roots. I am currently working my way up to become a Reiki Master, and am looking at going back to school for a degree in Public Relations and Community Health. My GGGrandmother, Ellis Reynolds Shipp, was one of the first woman doctors in Utah and the U.S. I want to continue her plight! My goal is to get my foot in the door with health and wellness so I can reach a possible dream of opening my own affordable health center one day, creating a mental health clinic in schools, and add better health centers onto prisons. Because everyone deserves a second chance. 🩷
