• Led strategy and support services for a network of 28 K-8 DOE public schools in New York City in instruction, leadership and operation, and oversaw a team of 17 provided to support schools and principals • Set and drive the strategic direction, vision and execution of the network, including a network-wide operational and professional learning plan• Supported principals with developing teacher leadership and school-based learning communities as a lever for sustainable school improvement• Supported schools with budgeting, enrollment, school leaders and teacher professional learning, special education and ELL services

• Led and oversaw new strategic initiatives designed to grow reach of Teaching Matters including, including the Division of School Instructional Technology Planning Services and Teacher Development models

• Taught elementary Grades 2 to 4 in urban catholic school• Raised funding and designed the school's first technology-based literacy and math learning support lab• Led the drama club, and developed African-American studies through drama project
