I support the Head of House in the gathering of academic, behavioural, attendance and achievement data and reports from teachers. I support pupils academic progress and welfare, and oversee and manage work for inclusions, exclusions and long term absences. I am also responsible for Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people within the school and liase with any outside agencies who are also involved with the young people. I contribute to the overall ethos/work/aims of the school. I keep accurate records and update student SIMs data at all time.

I was originally employed in receipt and despatch but after 10 months I was promoted to assistant buyer. My responsibilities include, running the commercial store, raising purchase orders, booking in all receipts, control of all purchasing contracts, purchasing and ordering queries, chemical purchasing and monthly environment records. I also provided cover for the purchasing manager in the event of emergency and holidays

E.K.C.T.G was a charity based company that worked in conjuction with the CITB. My duties were to look after the training needs of 18group companies. This included organising and booking the relevant training courses required, invoicing and filling out the relevant grant aid paperwork. I also compiled annual reviews and training plans fir the companies and board members

This position was full time in a small office where I was accountable for seven members of staff. My duties included the day to day running of the office staff rotas, and appraisals, dealing with customer complaints and cashing up at the end of the evening

I was responsible for the spare parts office team, designating various tasks and duties to ensure the smooth running of a busy department. I also had to undertake various other tasks, which included the day to day running of the spares office and the responsibility of the companies main corporate accounts overseas and in the UK. This entailed leasing directly by phone or email with each company's designated office, making sure all spare part orders and enquiries were dealt with promptly and to the customer satisfaction.

underwent intense training in Stores Accounting for my RSA qualification.As a stores accountant I was responsible for the receipt custody ordering, control issue and subsequent accounting of all material used in ship and shore establishments. I worked unsupervised and supervised in both large and small environments undertaking a variety of tasks. these included the maintenance of the stock file data base, the correct issuing and storing of all stock, the compliance with all Health and Safety at Work regulations and smooth running of the stationary account. I was also in charge of a modification program on the mk3 Sea kink helicopters. with the navy I achieved my sporting colours and gained a Northern Ireland medal for active service.
