Supporting the Aged within our Community in order for them to remain in their homes safely for as long as possible to this end I Supervise and Manage/Maintain both Office and Community Support Worker Teams in the performance of their duties; including scheduling and delivering efficient services provided by highly trained support staff, demonstrating empathy for our Clients and their individual needs,

Maintaining day to day management of customers/staff and premises to ensure the efficient running of the Banch. Responsible for P & L /accs, staff supervision performance and training HR matters, security whilst continuing to demonstrate a high level of customer service and productivity.

As Area Co-ordinator/Camberwell Area supervised the 16 Branches a total of 135 staff. Leadership/recruitment/ coaching & development/Administration/HR resources & issues/Security/H&SStaffing/recruitment with consideration to contraints in line with the Individual profitability of branches. Camberwell Area acknowedged in the top 25 for the most productive area within Australia 2004/2005.
