• Assist to increase web presence of company and monitor all hotel's websites and recommend changes required.
• Coordinate with all hotels in Asia to ensure all contents and all web site data are updated and ensure accuracy.
• Recommend improvements on website to enhance customer experience
• Provide support to all online marketing strategies and recommend ways to increase traffic to website with incorporation of best tools and assist to maximize revenue.
• Prepare reports and maintain track of all activities on websites and recommend improvements in strategies to increase customer retention and design site content.
• Provide Content Management System Training and Support to Regional Users.

• Responsible for operating the on-air transmission suites, ensuring all scheduled promotions, commercials and programs are successfully transmitted according to the set audio/video technical standards and documenting.
• Making sure the video and audio signals of the programs and commercial breaks are aired in accordance with guidelines and schedules set out by Programming, Commercial Traffic and the Presentation departments.
• Verifying the scheduled programs, commercial breaks and ESPN STAR Sport programme trailers are available to air.
• Handle 'live' local and overseas sports events.
• Doing basic production such as baseball (MLB), Soccer, golf, cricket, etc.
• Train fellow new colleagues.

• Responsible for daily on-air operations including maintaining on-air presentation accuracy and verifying transmission material
• Handling audio and video QC in accordance to broadcast standard
• Ensure timely transmission of all programes on-air
