• Orders supplies and processes PO invoices• Update and maintain inventory order forms• Process all franchise fees, PO credits and credit applications• Monitors and manages PO reporting• Ensures AP coding is entered for each item on PO• Ensures best practices and internal controls are being followed and maintained• Interacts with other departments to ensure internal customer questions are handled timely and efficiently• Thorough working knowledge of purchasing policies, processes and procedures.• Complete knowledge of warehouse and inventory control policies and procedures.• Extensive knowledge and ability to negotiate best vendor terms, pricing and delivery based on specific budget and schedule requirements.• Completes business card orders for hotel managers and other supplies as needed• Assists in monthly closings• Serve as a backup for Accounts payable when needed.• All other duties as assigned
