I’m an Occupational Therapist who has been working in an acute hospital setting, exposed to the areas in general medicine, geriatrics medicine, outpatients hands clinic and stroke rehabilitation. Currently my interest lies in working with clients who have to manage chronic diseases, specifically the cardiology setting. Among the client groups that I am exposed to, I also developed an interest in stroke rehabilitation. On top of clinical work, I enjoy building up the profession. Hence, I took up opportunities to supervise students and mentor junior staff. My strengths include having good communication skills, being a good team player and being an independent learner. My passion lies in advocating for my clients and Occupational Therapy as a profession.
