1) Perform daily brokerage reconciliations for brokers.2) Perform a review of broker charges against latest exchange/ clearing fee schedules and send any discrepancies to broker for amendment.3) Prepare monthend reporting for all brokers and allocate portfolio and trader information to all trades/ fees adjustments.4) Perform check on execution rates invoiced against Give Up Agreement rate schedule and check execution rate accrued by broker.5) Email monitoring from stakeholder queries.

1) Acquire and manage customer relationship by providing financial planning advice in a sales oriented environment.2) Generating new leads via cold-calling and reference from customers.3) To pass on leads to the Ground RMs promptly and executing requisite number of pre-welcome and welcome call.4) Liaise with customers and convert leads to sales.5) Performing follow-up calls & sending emails from time to time to ensure that customer is always up-to-date with the services offered by the bank.6) Acquire and build a strong network of customers for the priority banking segment.7) Ensuring that customer is satisfied with the service provided by the company at all times.
