Our 2013-14 combined project listings and closed sales exceed 150 properties or $31.9M. Mercury Properties’ knowledge of and success in Albuquerque’s Downtown Real Estate Market has resulted in the acquisition and continued support of key projects requisite for the success of this area. Our most recent project, Sawmill Crossing is a private development within the Sawmill District. Mercury Properties began by providing consulting services in 2011 as an SME in order to assist the developer in achieving the zoning change required to allow for residential use of this once industrial area. At the beginning of 2014, with the exclusive right to sell the community's 78 townhomes, Mercury Properties is looking forward to the sell-out of this exceptional single family product with a price point range from $150k to $195k.Anasazi Downtown - In August of 2013, Mercury Properties was awarded an exclusive Residential Listing Agreement for sales. Anasazi Downtown is a mixed-use project consisting of 45 residential and 6 commercial units. Although construction began in 2005, the project went dormant in late 2008 after the developer’s bank failed. Anasazi’s reemergence in our beloved Downtown Albuquerque is a testament to its resilience.The Lofts at 100 Gold - Mercury Properties' previous relationship with the developer allowed for the acquisition of the remaining developer-owned listings. In August 2013, Lynette and her co-broker Joe Corso sold and closed these units achieving the project’s now SOLD OUT status.

In January 2009, while with Venture Realty Group, Lynette became a listing agent for The Lofts at 100 Gold, five years after it began construction. The developer, HDIC – Gold Avenue, LLC was founded by the McCune Charitable Foundation. When given the opportunity to represent the project, 13 of the 32 units had been sold with no recent sales activity. In the spring of 2009 the developer agreed to a price reduction in hopes of spurring a new wave of sales. During her tenure on the project an additional 16 units sold; 13 of which were sold by Lynette. One unit sold after her departure.
