I am a private duty RN for Seniors.

RN supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities covering 7 counties with a caseload of 62 clients in Foster Care and Group Home settings. Completed extensive comprehensive nursing assessments on all clients,checked accuracy of findings and completed task by due date per DADS requirements during past audit. Supervision and Delegation of numerous unlicensed personnel regarding medication administration, (SAMS) and administered competency exams. Scheduling of healthcare appointments and ensuring that staff has obtained MD orders for continuity of care. Review all orders and ensure they were put into place. Collaboration with family members,pharmacy,staff,team members and other healthcare professionals on a daily basis.

Staff Nurse Medical/surgical/telemetry 43 bed unit. Admit/Discharge,injection,interventional, immunizations, Epic EMR, treatments,assessments, and assist MD with minor surgeries at bedside.

LVN Clinic. Triage over the phone,Epic EMR, immunizations,injections,IV Bolus,assist MD with treatments, prior authorizations, scheduled appointments, wrote prescriptions for MD to review and sign.
