Before becoming a Key Account Manager , I was in the travel field for 21 years. I most recently worked for Flight Centre, of which FCM Travel Solutions is part, where I started as a consultant and worked my way up to a manager. I managed 4 stores and turned each of them from a heavy loss to a profitable store. During this process I won awards for productivity & profit making on a number of occasions. Where I found my true calling was when I moved to the Corporate Traveller division of Flight Centre, where I successfully managed the accounts of some of our top 30 clients for many years and I loved every moment of it - stressful times included! As a Key Account Manager with 21 years of travel experience as well as a trainer my qualifications include Galileo and IAATA UFTA. FCM Travel Solutions is a level 2 B-BBEE contributor.I have worked with on large corporate accounts for example Estée Lauder and Paarl Coldset and I am a well-rounded Key Account Manager who is able to assist with anything you may need.I have travelled extensively and my travel experience helps me to be able to assist my clients thoroughly, to pre-empt and to prevent any possible challenges.
