Maintaining ISO 9001:2008 certification and ensuring that customer satisfaction is met and strategic profile is adhered to and met. Assisting African Countries by giving presentations to them to be able to introduce ISO within their aviation environments Assisted SACAA with their QMS. Conducting ISO 9001:2008 Refresher and Awareness training at 23 units, HO and the ATA. Mentoring employees that report to me i.e. LQRs, QSA and 26 Internal QMS auditors.Conducting Refresher training to CEO, Executives and Senior Managers annually.Ensuring that our Organisation retains certification as per our Quality Policy.Reviewing QMS documentation and assisting new departments with new procedures, etc. Conducting Third Party Audits. I am currently the QMR of ATNS (Quality Management Representative).Compiling Exco and MANCOM, Annual Review Meeting reports. Monitoring the Continuous Improvement and Audit Reports daily. Compiling booklets on ISO 9001 for Executives, new employees and students.I am a Change Agent for ATNS. Currently busy with transition from ISO 9001:2008 to ISO 9001:2015.Ensuring that processes needed for QMS are established, implemented and maintained. Established Quality Circles and chairing meetings. Conducting QMS audits at all 23 units, all HO departments and all departments within the ATNS ATA. Responsible for closing internal and external findings. Member of the EE Forum. Current Projects:Business Procesess, ATNS Demand/CapacityModel, Combined Assurance. Reporting at the Annual Review Meeting to Executive and Senior Managers. Attending ATA, Northern Region and Southern Region Annual Review Meetings. Attending other Departmental Meetings to enhance Quality Commitment. We also run a World Quality Day with rotating trophies. Signing out of Junior Auditors to Senior Auditors. Responsible for Audit Plan and Training Plan. Recently given the Quality Budget monitoring. Accompanying the Certification Body external Surveillance and Recertification Audits.
