• Performed an internal audit on the social supermarket and identified their main issue at the time: a shortage of local volunteers. Undertook intensive advertising and marketing in the surrounding community and reached out to volunteer centers to increase awareness of the supermarket. • Constructed new recruitment and induction methods and introduced the idea of a virtual phone number to tackle the lack of a reliable telephone number. • Managed an expansive online project portfolio that was constantly updated to reflect the progress and challenges encountered, and the steps taken to overcome the difficulties faced.

• Collaborated in a team of five colleagues from different academic disciplines to conduct intensive, specific and relevant research for the Food & Drinks industry in the UK and Ireland. • Delivered a presentation and written report of findings which received positive feedback from the client.
