During my internship in Pan Pacific Hotel, I undergo training as a Guest Service Agent. I learn to perform all Front Desk related duties including but not limited to:- Room registration of arriving guests- Room check out- Cashiering activities including paid outs and FOREX- Promote different categories of guest rooms and in house operated F&B outlets- Perform administrative duties including reports compilation and generation, updating of system- Coordinate with various departments and focus on promoting guest satisfactionthrough exceptional service and maintaining outstanding hotel accommodation.Through this training programme, my interpersonal and communications skills were greatly enhanced. In addition to working in a fast paced environment, I learn to strengthen my quick thinking ability skills so as to promptly and effectively deal with the requests and complaints of guests.
