With a background in day labor staffing from the Corporate angle, my new role involves a more in-depth and personal interaction with new and active applicants looking for work to being a trusted adviser to clients who have staffing needs. Building relationships with Talent from first introductions to congratulating them on a permanent full time job is one of the best things I get to do in my job! Reaching out and assisting clients with staffing needs is paramount. Understanding my clients needs and working with them to stay profitable to keep operations running smoothly by providing exceptional talent to fill the jobs is another enjoyable and challenging aspect to what I do everyday.When Talent and Clients are successful - so am I. As Owner/Operator of my own LLC, I performed beauty treatments on clients. Mainly eyelash extensions and facial waxing. I began my career with a handful of clients and grew my business with finally opening my own storefront studio. It was my pleasure to help women feel lovely in their own skin. I also served as Landlord to another artist who was looking to expand her services. Helping people, in any way I can, is the best part of every job I've had!

Began corporate career at TrueBlue's Corporate office. Over my tenure I was promoted from Property Manager to Senior PM and finally Manager of Corporate Real Estate Department. Lease negotiation of new locations, relocations, renewals, closures & the management of a portfolio of over 300 branch locations spanning from day labor, manufacturing and electricians & plumbers.
