I have worked in various technology delivery test roles for the past 20 years.In my most recent role as Manager of Software Development and Quality, I have progressively taken on greater responsibilities providing Development and Business Analyst people care and team management. I have extensive experience in Quality Assurance/Test Management, having worked in various delivery test analyst and test lead roles, before moving into Test Management, setting up testing practices, leading and maturing capabilities, people, and processes. Having over the recent years worked more in the Agile space I bring a collaborative approach that helps me establish strong relationships, adaptability and resilience being comfortable navigating through uncertain situations. Throughout my career, I have worked in both contract and permanent roles, mainly within large, complex organisations, with a specialisation in IT Test Delivery. My strengths lie in communication, team management, and collaboration. I am proficient in test practice setup, financial planning, staff performance management, vendor engagement, and practical hands-on enterprise software test delivery across the SDLC. I have experience in delivery methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid models.I thrive in team environments, where I manage relationships with integrity, build trust, and support peers and customers. I champion test management best practices and ensure a quality-conscious delivery approach across multiple project streams.
