Act as an effective HR leader partnering with various business units leaders in providing broad range of HR solutions and strategic plans to support the business in delivering the best HR practices that align with the business objective and achieve the business goals. Responsible for planning, executing and managing the day-to-day human resources initiatives and operations matters, which includes collaborate with leadership team on people strategy formulation and initiatives, work with leaders to review and develop the right organizational structure,positively impact employees by cultivating a performance-driven working ethics, to achieve the employees’ satisfaction and at the same time maintaining a healthy corporate/environment culture, facilitate resolution of employee conflicts or concerns, provide guidance to the management on disciplinary and grievance processes, talent development, manpower planning and compensation & benefits.

Delivers services on HR operational activities in full spectrum of recruitment and talent acquisition, which is inclusive but not limited to identify and sourcing high impact talents, maintain networks, interview candidates on general basis, managing job offer process, negotiation on salary packages, offer letter preparation, onboarding process, and conducting orientation until the full documentation collation.Conduct induction programme for new hiresPrepare and administer employment contracts, confirmation, staff transfer/secondment and other HR administrative dutiesSupport employer branding engagement, ie: career fair, industrial visit, career talk, student engagement to cultivate sustainable external stakeholders relationship.Manage staff performance management for firm-wide including roll out mid-year and annual appraisal cycles, propose staff salary packages to stay competitive in market until the issuance of salary review letter. Responsible for maintenance and updating of staff personal files for accurate employee database, maintain mandate and archived documents on staff personal files for Audit Oversight Board (AOB) and annual quality review by regulatory board.Manage leave administration – update, tracking and report generationPositively participating and organizing for HR & staff welfare enhancement initiatives – Company Movie Night, Annual Dinner and Sports Club activitiesWork in collaboration with team members to establish and maintain confidential and sensitive work environment, and handling all work requests in a professional and competent manner.Manage and preparation of periodic report and monthly report in an agreed timeline with high level of efficiency & accuracy.Daily interaction with stakeholders on a wide range of queries and requests, articulate and jointly cultivate exceptional service internally and externally.

• Ascertain employee’s (both local & foreign workers) full-set monthly salary computation is administered accurately• Examined and ensuring that all registration & report submission to local government authorities are in compliance with the statutory law. • Preparing & analyzing monthly management report in comparison with basic salary• Representative as monthly C&B section KPI presentation, and evaluate potential improvement of making progress towards strategic departmental goals.• Review portal/intranet utilization efficiency &effectiveness • Maintain and upkeep personal files • Coordinating& assessing in mid-year/ year-end bonus and salary adjustment review.• Participating in the domestic inquiry hearing and records of minutes.

• Administer for crew deployment and organization to facilitate ongoing shipboard operation.• Prepare crew contract & necessary documentation for crew to join ships, and upkeep personnel related records in the SAP Application.• Attend to ship personnel & crew queries or grievances regarding salary-related or welfare matters. • Assisting hotel and club (cruise)in recruitment support & conducting interview to source for potential crew.• Liaise with the various stakeholders for the employment & deployment of star cruises shipboard hotel staff.

• Solving of enquiries and gaming players grievances.• Monitoring any illegal action and regulation that has tendency to lead company into disrepute.• Generate new business & source for potential VIP guest by observing potential genuine players and invitation for premium club members.• Liaise and coordinate with overseas shore VIP personnel, support services and membership staff.Develop new relationship with potential players and nurturing existing player’s rapport with proficient skills in retains and attracts new players.
