Lynette was the North Sydney Commercial Branch Manager at Arthur J Gallagher. Lynette was responsible for managing and leading the branch to deliver clients with best in class professional insurance advice. We aspired to be a trusted advisor to our clients through a commitment to understand their business and risks, which assisted us in providing proactive advice and solutions to position our clients to financially survive any insurable event. Within this role, Lynette was also responsible for driving new business growth with and maintaining key client relationships while leading the broking team to achieve its desired business objectives.

Corporate & Speciality, North Sydney

Lynette was responsible for developing and maintaining a client focus within the Corporate & Specialty Media & IT team. Through strengthening client and insurer relationships whilst building trust, Lynette ensured client needs were identified by taking a pro-active approach to all aspects of account management, risk management and service delivery to clients and prospects. Lynette became the AJG subject matter expert in Cyber Risk and was involved in Industry Presentations and Peer Education, and contributed to news articles on the topic.

North Sydney

Lynette was an Account Manager in the Corporate & Specialty arm of OAMPS Insurance Brokers, specialising in Media clients. Lynette in this role has also continued her interests in strategy and process development through assisting in various project groups within OAMPS.

Lynette worked in Corporate Risks / Enterprise Team of Willis Risk (Services) Ireland Ltd. In this role she handled the largest earning account in the Company – Apartment Blocks. She has increased earnings significantly through new business initiatives, cross-selling opportunities and natural growth. In this role Lynette utilised strategy skills by improving the operating procedures of the team.She has held two previous roles in Willis Risk Services (Ireland) Ltd - Trade Credit Specialist and Client Service Advisor in the Commercial Unit.

Lynette held a variety of roles during the Summer Periods from June 2002 to June 2007. Her roles included the position of Assistant Manager. During her time at Britton Insurance, Lynette developed invaluable skills in leadership and gained experience in many categories of insurance.
