I am an experienced community leader who strongly believes in the power of community and their ability to create and lead change to improve their own aspirations. For 25 years, I have worked with community and led a community organisation aimed at helping people lead better lives through capacity and capability building to create transformative change. I fundamentally believe that collaboration is essential for building strong and thriving communities, bringing together individuals, organisations, and institutions to achieve common goals and address complex social, economic, and environmental issues.I work with organisations to create impactful social change for good, focusing on strategy and organisational development, change management, mentoring, facilitation, co-design and community engagement. I see myself as a bio-degradable leader always looking to make my work redundant but like the nutrients in the soil, am always there to offer support and nourishment.
