About Lynette M. Aguilar

I’ve found purpose in my career by being a collaborative leader with a reputation for uniting non-traditional groups. My belief in developing talent and empowering people – along with expertise in strategy, planning and execution – has been my consistent formula for breaking barriers and delivering big results.As a 2nd generation Mexican American, the daughter of parents who were the first to graduate from college, and the granddaughter of an U.S. Army vet and janitor – I’m very aware that grit and determination alone don’t guarantee success. I follow in the footsteps of fierce women and people of color that understand that together as family and teams that any barrier can broken.
