Partnering with leaders to design and shape their people programmes of activity, acting as a trusted advisor and technical expert.My natural strengths, which have been invaluable in achieving success in this role, have been the ability to actively listen; building valuable relationships; a genuine curiosity; seeking to understand people’s motivations and challenges; leading with integrity; showing adaptability; being compassionate; and actively expanding my personal knowledge and insights.Having had a wealth of exposure to the full spectrum of Human Resources activities over the years, I actively seek opportunities where I am able to utilise my strengths and experience to fulfil my drive to positively impact on the wellbeing and success of individuals.
