Plans and coordinates a variety of corporate events, including “All Hands” across multiple locations, corporate meetings, morale events, training events and onsite vendor visits. Organized logistics for international / domestic travel (flight, hotel, ground transportation and meeting schedules) Responsible for the purchasing of all materials required for the groups, including equipment and supplies for labs to support the team. Monitored budget/monthly reporting charts. Reconciled the procurement card monthly. Main point of contact for all things building, space, and facilities related, including management of a recent building move which encompassed uprooting an entire population of employees, contractors and vendors to a new facility. New hire coordination, including office set up.

Managing calendars, ordering supplies and equipment. Receives and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers/assists employees, admins and occasionally some executives in shipping their packages to their destinations. Monitoring doors, issuing department badges, contacting Facilities team and operations to assist employees with badge access. Assists Director of World Wide Operations by maintaining/managing a security approval spreadsheet with all visitors that partake in disclosed projects. Reinforces security protocols to ensure limited access in a highly confidential setting.Partners with corporate recruiting to greet candidates and track interview schedules: call/notify coordinators when interviewer is done and/or late & if needed, call/remind interviewers. Occasionally assists Executives and their assistants with information, calendaring questions, and escorting them to their meetings.
