In 1994, Lynette Garbonola accepted a temp position at Warner Bros. Records Nashville in the Progressive Music Dept., which led to the role of Marketing Director for Country Music division in 2000. In 2006, she launched the New Media Dept. for WBR Nashville where she developed the new business strategies, now considered industry norms, including digital musicretail, mobile sales, digital promotion and online marketing. Shortly after that, she went “360” with WBR and launched fan clubs and online merch stores for Randy Travis and Blake Shelton. In 2010, Lynette left Warner Music Nashville to go "Indy" and start the New Media Division for one of the most successful Independent Labels in Nashville, Broken Bow Records/Stoney Creek Records who's artists rosters include Jason Aldean, Thompson Square, Dustin Lynch and Randy Houser. The next chapter at the the BBR Music Group will be wherever the fans and new technology leads.
