With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I am passionate about learning and development, customer insights, and food and beverage administration. I also collaborate with various stakeholders, such as the Food and Beverage Director, the Purchasing Department, and the Departmental Trainers, to ensure the smooth operation and coordination of the Food and Beverage office. Additionally, I handle guest feedback and provide constructive and timely responses to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. I use Microsoft Forms to create surveys and reports, and I communicate effectively in English and French.
