Current- Engage in strategic conversations with customers about their current and future organizational technology goals, collaborate with team to create a plan for their success, and drive product adoption and ensure retention.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with customer team (ranging from C-Suite to accounting teams) to build on current recurring revenue stream and retain customers.
- Create and manage third-party relationships for referrals.
- Develop and maintain customer retention programs and KPIs.
- Demonstrate business insight across multiple industries and customers, connecting trends.
- Consult with support, consulting, and customers to understand industry problems/needs, and provide solutions.
