Erp Account Manager | Microsoft & Sage Intacct
Current• Engage in strategic conversations with customers about their current and future organizational technology goals, collaborate with team to create a plan for their success, and drive product adoption and ensure retention.• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with customer team (ranging from C-Suite to accounting teams) to build on current recurring revenue stream and retain customers.• Create and manage third-party relationships for referrals.• Develop and maintain customer retention programs and KPIs.• Demonstrate business insight across multiple industries and customers, connecting trends.• Consult with support, consulting, and customers to understand industry problems/needs, and provide solutions.• Collaborate with sales, consulting, and support teams across all business units. • Internal collaboration to prepare scope, resources, timing, and budget for existing opportunities.• Follow up with customers for additional software subscriptions, services, and third-party software.• Provide quotes and/or proposals where appropriate using Cargas defined processes. Manage short-term and long-term sales pipeline in Cargas’ internal CRM system.• Collaborate with members of the ERP and Marketing teams to develop content, short videos, webinars for existing customers.
