I developed this structure during my two year assignment undertaken in the USA Bosch North America office.I was extremely fortunate to be offered this overseas assignment after a very successful and productive career with the Bosch automotive service solutions divisions in Melbourne.I managed the USA team over three states in North America, this involved extensive travel and organizational skills.I recently returned to Australia due to the global coronavirus pandemic.

SPX was acquired by BOSCH and I was employed by the new business as part of the acquisition. I was tasked with managing a small customer service team, for the automotive service solutions division. I was later offered the dual role of Customer Service and Supply Chain Manager, which I accepted with enthusiasm as I wanted to broaden my business acumen. This involved the management of additional team members based at the BLC Bosch Logistics Centre. Now, my management ranged from the acceptance initial customer order through to the shipping and invoicing of those goods in a timely manner.

As the Service Delivery Manager I provided the business with the expertise to arrange all Technical training courses. This involved coordinating all resources to run classes throughout Australia and New Zealand. The logistics of delivering training material, training rooms and trainers was all coordinated by myself and my team members.
