Works with schools and districts to assess SEL and mentoring needs and assists partners with EduGuide program implementation to maximize progress toward their goals. Many years’ experience as a mentor and counselor for at-risk youth and young adults, providing guidance and education in the areas of career and life skills, goal setting for success, and positive relationships. Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling as well as a certificate as a career development facilitator.

Assists youth and young adults (ages 16 to 24) in developing vocational goals reflective of their skills, capabilities and interests, using assessments, motivational interviewing, and complete case management.
