Responsible for developing and driving corporate strategy for educating consumers of all ages. Serve as Trend Micro spokesperson on issues impacting people's ability to use the internet in safe, positive and productive ways. Lead a global team responsible for collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver technology or education solutions that enable consumers, families, and communities to know their online risks, how to lower them, and how to help make the internet a better, safer place for all.

Established and manage Trend's Internet Safety for Kids & Families (ISKF) international program, with the mission of educating parents, teachers, and kids to ensure a safe and secure online experience for young people around the world. Program has reached over 3 million students, parents and teachers in 20 countries through public education via a robust employee volunteer program, collaboration with both non-profit internet safety organizations and major social media and technology companies, youth advocacy initiatives such as the student-driven "What's Your Story?" campaign, and bringing new or changing existing Trend products/technologies to support the ISKF mission. Frequent public speaker and blogger on a range of topics pertaining to youth, families, schools and technology.
