Support worker for service that prevents homelessness, provided one-to-one support to vulnerable people with a range of difficulties including; mental health issues, learning disabilities, drug or alcohol dependency or child protection issues.Achievements include:Secured over 20 grants for individual clients totalling over £5,000Organised photography project for clients in 2012.
