Spearheaded a scalable recruitment model to source talent in Israel, Mexico, England, Brussels, and Amsterdam. Managing the full life cycle of international recruitment across the globe, I sourced and hired top talent for software engineers, scrum masters, DevOps, Cloud Architecture, Data Analytics, SaaS, UI/UX), marketing/sales, product (owners, managers), IT (tech support, infrastructure), and finance and accounting. Sourced and implemented an intranet portal engaging the employee population in naming the tool. Another initiative I heavily contributed to was a think tank outside of Boston tasked with restructuring and consolidating the marketing function of all subsidiaries under one umbrella.
