Responsible for the planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling of the Human Resources, Security and Volunteer Services functions to promote effective and efficient utilization of personnel; plans, develops, coordinates, and administers policies, procedures and programs that relate to all phases of the Human Resources function, including employee relations, compensation and benefits, recruitment, employment, HRIS, training and development, security, gift shop, Lifeline services, PBX, volunteer services and Child Development.
