The majority of my work in schools involves vision and capacity building of library and IT/e-learning teams, the design and implementation of my iCentre model, school library review and evaluation services, school library facilities design, developing evidence-based programs for school library teams, and providing professional learning for teacher librarians and teachers in designing inquiry-based learning experiences for students, and developing digital citizenship policies and programs in schools. My research interests are multi-faceted and interdisciplinary, including the impact of school libraries on student learning, teacher librarians as evidence-based practitioners, inquiry learning within a digital world, iCentres as learning hubs in schools, digital citizenship, and education informatics.
