I am currently a first-year student that attends the University of Toronto Scarborough for business management. I have over 4 years of customer service experience at different workplaces. I am very passionate about sales & being a leader and possess the knowledge and analytical skills required to develop effective decisions based on my capacity to effectively identify and address problems as needed. At my past workplaces, I have shown excellent teamwork, interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. I am working towards a business analyst degree as this career is based on being able to organize management and complex data as it helps enhance processes and influence decision-making➢ Communication Skills: I am always engaged in ongoing communications with the customers in Cantonese, Hakka and English. Professionalism and communication are crucial in my role, as I have to ensure that the satisfaction of the customers is met.➢ Analytical Skills: During my Statistics course in school I applied my knowledge in Excel to roughly analyze the results from experiments given in the assignments. This course helped me further develop many important software skills that I believe will be vital in my career development.➢ Leadership & Teamwork: I was required to recruit and train the new employees for many jobs as I am also responsible for many roles such as; arranging work schedules and job duties, making payments to suppliers and ensuring the proper handling of the daily revenue.I believe that my comprehensive background and skillset will prove invaluable at any workplace I bring myself into next as I can work with a team, communicate ideas, show leadership skills and etc
