It was initially focussed on permission-based services that provide businesses with compulsory licences to operate (i.e., licences, certifications, permits and registrations). It enabled a completely new and innovative approach to delivering services across government by introducing the concepts of using common building blocks. By co-designing with other government service providers (GSPs) at cross agency workshops, we tested the concept of using common building blocks to create a better customer experience for business customers getting their permissions from government, using real world permission service examples with MBIE, NZ Customs, MPI and NZTA.Participated in the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, including evaluation of RFP respondents. -
