For my degree, I completed a strategic communication project for Work Downtown, Play Downtown, an initiative in Baton Rouge, LA. Additionally, I hold a Graduate Certificate in Strategic Communication from LSU. I have worked as a graduate assistant through LSU in communications roles where I became skilled in editing, proofreading, and writing. As an intern at The Moran Group, I worked in both the digital and account services departments. I also learned about tracking and analyzing metrics for advertisements, and I began learning about conducting market research. I am currently learning more about SEO, basic graphic design, and other types of content creation. I am interested in public relations, marketing, advertising, communication for non-profits, health communication, and science communication.
