Backup support for miscellaneous duties as designated on OPS Job Task Plan. Backup phone answering support for Call Center. Backup for putting inspection contracts into TReX. Key contact for Technicians, Operations Department, Project Managers, Salesmen, Inspectors, and Service Department personnel. Key contact for customers in regards to inspection scheduling.
