My responsibilities are to provide basic care eg., bathing and dressing patients, vital signs, turn and re- position, provide and empty bed pans and urinal,transfers or assist with transfer with the use of a Hoyer Life, gait belt, transfer board or manual, answer call bells, examine skin for redness or blisters, blood in urine. serve meals and assist with feeding, Clean and sanitize patients area, change linens and make sure that patients are clean and dry, Keep patients safe, Report to Nurse in charge and follow all instructions given according to care plan.
