Manage and organize all large commercial equipment projects to include timely completion & customer satisfaction. Responsible for communication and scheduling of all components of the job with mechanical contractors, owners, outside vendors and inside Trane staff.Maintains budgeting & forecasting of the project while controlling expenses. Orders all materials including outside vendors & issues appropriate purchase orders.Coordinates with contractors and owners to discuss scope of project; budgets; performance; and close-out. Project cash-flow management: progress billing, collections support and monitoring, and resource management.
