Develop, manage, and facilitate interactive learning programs for special needs high school students. Work across matrix team of educators and other clinical professionals to develop and monitor progress against individualized education plan (IEPs) goals for students. Successfully mentor students to meet and exceed goals, utilizing case management experience, with specific focus on implantation of IEPs. Formal and informal assessment administration ensuring student progress against program goals. Facilitated and managed the day to day operations of the Learning Center for 300+ yearly, high school freshman. Lead team of 3 teachers and 4 counselors focused on assisting students achieve Individual Education Plan (IEP) goals. Identified at risk students, and developed improvement action plans for the same, often including clinical and professional testing. Successfully provided extra-curricular academic support and reinforcement aimed at enhancing core curriculum activities. Achieved top state recognition through the implementation of extra-curricular athletic and community outreach programs.
