Practice included all apsects of domestic and international trademark prosecution at intellectual property and internet boutique law firm, including performing and reviewing trademark availabiity searches and follow-up investigations, responding to Office Actions, correspond with foreign associates and counseled clients regarding filing strategies. Drafted pleadings and performed discovery in inter partes proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and in trademark litigation in Federal Court.
