Unlike the other Units, I brought Engineering/Design effort for the Raw Water Treating Unit in well below budget and on schedule. Previously, I completed process work on and managed multiple small projects, mostly in the $ 250 thousand to $3 million (US$) range, with some $ 3 million to $10 million (US$) projects completed. Hired, trained, reviewed and promoted process engineers in engineering teams as large as six and managed up to ten Process Engineers on larger projects. Set up or helped set up three engineering offices (Sandwell, Fluor-Daniel, and CDI) including engineering procedures. Facilitated over 200 Process Hazards Analysis meetings and issued final reports, as a certified PHA Facilitator. After commissioning and start-up of the amine-CO2 removal plant, I performed plant and project engineering duties, developing multiple projects. Projects included commissioning and start up of the amine plant expansion project, GC Analyzer, multiple tank installations, pipeline liner projects, pre-filtering project, flare measurement, as well as, multiple projects of other types. I developed an operator-training program with plant 3-D drawings for instruction, plant testing format and procedures for operator testing: written, oral, and kinesthetic.Managed four project engineers with work tasks expanded over seven gas plant facilities in three states: Oklahoma, Texas, and Kansas, also installed a large LNG plant project ($ 3.5 million) which increased the efficiency of LNG separation facilities needed due to feedstock turndown. This project included a new process control system, compressor, pumps, and re-tray of Demethanizer.
