For many years I have worked as both a full-time educator and a part-time residential mortgage loan originator. I have now retired from Pikes Peak State College to devote more time to my mortgage education and loan origination business. I have witnessed the benefit of owning real estate as a major tool for building wealth, and the importance of educating families in the process of purchasing and taking advantage of the many mortgage loan products to obtain financial stability and the ability to Age In Place as they progress thru the stages of life. Ageing in Place is not just important to those 62 and older, but to all ages so that they will be positioned to create generational wealth for them and their heirs.It is for these reasons that I provide education and support to help my fellow Colorado citizens reach their dreams of home ownership and the benefits that it brings.

I have designed the curriculum for the 18 substantive paralegal courses we offer as a part of our Associate of Applied Science Degree. I normally teach seven courses per semester, and advise the 135 students. I have selected the course textbooks, and in the past, I hired adjunct instructors and developed the content for our Paralegal Advisory Board meetings.
