As Investment Support Officer in the Invest Glasgow Team I am the main contact for all inward investment enquiries, assessing the nature of the enquiry and filtering the enquiry to ensure it is referred to the relevant member of the team or another relevant contact. The team's aim is to provide a focal point of contact and rapid response to investor enquiries. I contribute to annual reports by providing accurate statements on all outputs and impacts from enquiries. I also support the Council's attendance at key exhibitions. as well as coordinating inward investment-related events including media briefings, investor dinners, hosting international delegations, liaising with speakers, and issuing and managing invitiations and other event related materials.
