I just recently finished my batchelor in elementary education. I am currently a teacher for Onslow County. I have worked for Onslow County Schools in various positoins. I started as a long-term sub, Excecptional Children TA, then finally a data manager. I assisted new teachers in creating various academic programs, worked with students with academic, behaviorial, and emotional goals. As a data manager, I update and run various reports and information, and assist in simple IT complications with various programs and technology. As a part-time work-at-home agent, I assisted ADT and Road America. Working from home--I am not only a customer service agent--I am independent and self-motivated. In addtion, I am able to complete and fix simple IT issues instead of always going to tech support. I worked for ADT until the program transitioned over to tablets. I work with emergency roadside assistance through Road America--I not only have to set-up service but show empathy and compassion as several customers are upset, fustrated, and/or furious. Currently Road America has been bought out, and the last day for service is November 18th.
