Processing all Admin for New Starters, Leavers. Ensuring that we have all paperwork required to keep us Audit compliant. Note-taking for Investigation and Disciplinary Meetings. I managed a team of three core staff (10 staff at the Christmas period) Running the day to day operation of this concession within House of Fraser. Setting team and individual targets. Training staff to the highest standard in Customer Service, Fragrance History Training and Product Training. Ensuring that all paperwork was sent to Head Office within cut off dates. Sending Weekly Reports to my Area Manager. Staff development coaching as a daily on going process. Holding weekly meetings with staff to discuss their productivity and any other issues. Maintaining the high standard of good housekeeping daily and Merchandising to assist with optimising sales. Stock ordering and stock control. Stocktaking. Conducting Investigation Meetings when necessary. Building strong relationships with staff and Management in House of Fraser. Hosting in and out of store events to boost our Business. Maintaining long lasting relationships with my clients to ensure repeat Business. My team and I grew this Business by £95K + 44% in our first year. (the highest increase in the company out of 22 stores) We also had the most compliment letters regarding their experience sent to Head Office out of all stores.
