I was the Construction Manager for the Commercial Storm Water program in the west Region, along with stormwater/erosion control and construction for the oil and gas sector. The responsibilities include scheduling and execution for the following: bidding, repairs, and accounting for the stormwater projects I manage. I have managed small and large private clients and municipalities to keep all private and public clients within regulatory compliance.

Digging Ditches on right of ways including compressor stations. Digging up live natural gas lines (up to 2000psi) for gas line repairs or hot tie-ins. Building many meter stations. No recorded accidents except for three small conduits that were not marked. I have many OSHA certifications and gone through many safety classes for Kinder Morgan and El Paso and am OSHA qualified in many areas.

Building of slopes and stabilization of ponds and lakes, roads, and foundations by reading stakes and blue prints, loading trucks by excavators and loaders, using thumbs and hammers by excavators, using dozers to build slopes and roads, and using eye levels and lasers.
