Lynn Sharp is a passionate community leader and mentor, widely recognized for his dedication to empowering others. That same year, he founded the mentoring program In~M.O.T.I.O.N. which stands for "Mentoring One Teen Impacts Our Neighborhood," designed to uplift and inspire local youth.Lynn’s spiritual journey began in 2007 when he was licensed to preach, and by 2010, he was ordained, solidifying his commitment to guiding others in faith. In 2012, he established In~M.O.T.I.O.N.
