As a board-certified family physician with over 23 years of experience, I am dedicated to providing high-quality residency education and healthcare services to the community. I currently work as the Associate Director of Residency Education at Summa Health, a leading integrated healthcare system in Northeast Ohio. In this role, I oversee the curriculum, evaluation, and participate in ongoing accreditation of the family medicine residency program, as well as mentor and train the residents and faculty. I also serve as a member of the Board of Directors and the Chair of the Quality and Safety Committee at Summa Health, where I collaborate with other leaders and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centered care.Additionally, I am a clinical professor of family and community medicine at Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED) and Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine, where I teach and conduct research on topics related to women's health, public health, and healthcare management. I have also been involved in various leadership and volunteer roles at Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio, where I support the mission of empowering and inspiring young people to achieve their full potential.
