She likes to take part in deep philosophic conversations and she is very passionate about the things she values like gender equality. I love to have these kind of deep talks with her as she has her own unique vision on topics. She is also a great debater and knows how to fascinate a crowd, with her light-hearted storytelling and the occasional joke. She doesn’t pretend to be someone she’s not and will always be there for her friends or someone in need. Her company is very refreshing and always leaves me more optimistic than I felt before meeting up with her. Lynn is the kind of woman this society needs; idealistic, full of wonder and hope. And always with the best intentions in mind. Besides being students together; Lynn and I have been partners in the management of our student association; Moeder Theepot. She has all the necessary skills to join any team, she is a real team player as she mentions correctly in her introduction. I have had not only the pleasure of working with Lynn, but also had the opportunity to test and guide her, as I became the Chair Woman of the mentioned student association the next year and Lynn became the editor of our little magazine. She knows how to handle deadlines, is correct in her behaviour towards seniors and her colleagues. Her personality shone through in our magazine as everything was done with attention to detail and a lot of creativity. She will put duty before leisure and is the kind of employee every good team needs; hardworking but also able to keep the atmosphere in the group pleasant. She is a good listener and has a knack for solving disputes while staying neutral and open for other sides of the story.
